Yes, you can definitely mop vinyl planks. Floorify is made entirely from high-quality synthetic materials, all the way to its core. Unlike wood fibre-based products such as parquet or laminate, Floorify won’t swell when exposed to water. That means no raised edges or early signs of wear, just worry-free performance. 

Yes, heavy items can be placed on a Floorify floor without any problem. Floorify floors are built for strength and long-lasting stability, making them suitable for heavy loads. To keep your floor in top condition, it’s best to use protective pads or coasters under large furniture or appliances to prevent dents or scratches. When moving heavy objects, always lift them rather than dragging to avoid potential damage.  

Extra note for vinyl planks in kitchens: we strongly recommend placing a kitchen before installing a vinyl click flooring, as these floors are laid as a floating system and need space to expand and contract with temperature changes. Heavy items like a kitchen island or large built-in cabinets can prevent the floor from moving freely. 

Our vinyl planks are highly resistant to scratches, but not entirely scratch-free. To prevent damage, make sure to equip furniture and chair legs with soft, high-quality felt pads or protective caps. Keep the floor away from heat sources, open flames, and extreme temperatures. For regular cleaning, use a pH-neutral (pH 7) product like our Conny.
