FLOORIFY OPENS FIRST EXPERIENCE STORE TOGETHER WITH NTU UTRECHT

In the retail space of NTU Utrecht, loyal Floorify partner since many years, the Belgian flooring manufacturer opened its first Instore experience store in early August. A new unique shop concept of no less than 150 m² at one of the busiest home furnishing boulevards in the Netherlands.

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL

Floorify thus wants to take the customer experience to the next level. Together with partner NTU Utrecht, the Belgian flooring brand is hereby pushing hard for a personal, local brand experience. By means of interactive tests, consumers can discover the many advantages of a Floorify floor for themselves. Furthermore, they can see and feel their favourite floors on a large surface and experience how the floor is installed through live installation demos.

With this innovative approach, Floorify links a strong digital strategy with physical retail outlets where personal customised advice and floor experience are key. Together with the partners, a personalised concept is developed where the customer experience in their shop is upgraded in an interactive way.
