What is the difference between Floorify click and gluedown floors?

The main differences between our click and gluedown floors lie in their structure, installation, and subfloor requirements:

Thickness

Our gluedown floors are ultra-thin: just 2.5 mm. Perfect for renovations with limited build-up height or projects where every millimetre counts.
Our click floors are slightly thicker:

  • 4 mm in the Mango collection

  • 4.5 mm in the Mint collection

Click floors are always combined with an underlay:

  • 2 mm Comfort underlay → total thickness: 6 or 6.5 mm

  • 1.5 mm Performance underlay → total thickness: 5.5 or 6 mm

Installation

Click floors are easy to install yourself. Thanks to the smart click system, you can lay them floating, without glue, even on a subfloor that’s not perfectly level — ideal for fast renovations.

Gluedown floors are installed directly onto the subfloor, without underlay. The surface must be perfectly smooth, clean, and stable. In many cases, levelling is needed for the best result. That’s why glue-down floors are often installed by professionals.
